Workforce Housing International (WHI) is scaling fast across Europe — and we’re expanding our commercial team with two hunter‑focused SDR roles. Both roles share the same outbound DNA: cold outreach, resilience, and the drive to open new doors.

What You’ll Do (applies to both roles)
- Cold call, email, and message prospects daily
- Run short discovery/qualification calls
- Build and manage your pipeline in HubSpot
- Create outbound sequences and follow‑up cadences
- Research industries, companies, ownership structures, and decision makers
- Book qualified meetings for our Account Executive
- Maintain structured follow‑ups and nurture long‑term opportunities
- Represent WHI at conferences, trade fairs, and industry events
- Collaborate closely with leadership to move deals forward
Role 1. SDR – Property Acquisition
Your mission: Bring new properties into WHI’s portfolio by engaging landlords, developers, and real estate companies.
Distinct responsibilities
- Identify and approach property owners, developers, and real estate firms
- Pitch WHI’s housing model and assess property suitability
- Research local markets and property availability
- Arrange F2F meetings between owners and our Account Executive
- Build long‑term relationships with owners for future demand cycles
Role 2. SDR – New Partnerships
Your mission: Build new partnerships with agencies and companies that need workforce housing.
Distinct responsibilities
- Identify and approach employment agencies, relocation firms, and corporate prospects
- Understand workforce housing needs and qualify partnership potential
- Map decision makers and organisational structures
- Build long‑term engagement with prospects until projects materialise
What We’re Looking For (applies to both roles)
- 0–12 months of experience in a high‑volume communication role (Call centre, hospitality, retail, customer service, junior sales, or similar)
- Comfortable with cold calling + handling rejection
- Confident speaking with managers, owners, and senior stakeholders
- CRM experience (HubSpot is a plus)
- Extroverted, communicative, and naturally curious personality
- Target‑driven, resilient, and proactive
- Dutch speaker strongly preferred
