About The Role
As a Senior Assembly Technician at BlueHeart Energy, you will be responsible for assembling our innovative heat pump systems and ensuring every product meets our high standards for quality and safety. Working closely with colleagues from Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality, you'll play an important role in supporting our production activities and helping us continuously improve the way we build our products.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys solving practical problems, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and likes working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where every team member makes a visible impact.
What You'll Do
Lead and coordinate daily assembly activities to meet production targets.
Ensure products are assembled according to quality, safety, and standards.
Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor workflow and prioritize tasks to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to health and safety requirements.
What We’re Looking For
experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, and specifications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Hands-on approach with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
What We Offer
Salary range between € 2,800 - € 3,500 monthly base gross depending on experience
