The Role
What you’ll be doing:
· Acting as the key interface between manufacturing teams and the customer
· Coordinating a smooth installation process for high‑value machinery
· Managing projects across multiple manufacturing sites
· Staying in close contact with customers until machines are fully accepted and in production
· Working closely with the service department to coordinate all required work
· Calculating machine costs once the warranty period ends
· Travelling occasionally within BeNeLux, the UK, and Germany
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, keeping projects on track and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Our ideal candidate will stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly and won’t shy away from making decisions.
Essential Skills
· Fluent in Dutch language
· Professional‑level proficiency in English
· Technical or logistical background
· Confident communicator with a persuasive, resilient approach
· Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage deadlines across teams
· Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work on your own initiative
· Ability to travel to and work from the office – Almere, Netherlands
Desirable
· Experience using Microsoft Dynamics
· Conversational German
