- Deliver engaging Ethics lessons to students aged 11-18, following the European Baccalaureate curriculum.
- Foster students’ critical thinking, ethical awareness, and cultural sensitivity.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment where every student’s perspective is valued.
- Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to support a thriving Ethics programme.
- For the right candidate, the position can include teaching Ethics in more than one language section. We teach classes in English, French, Dutch and German.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a Humanities or similar subject, and full teaching qualification for Secondary Education (recognized by the Dutch Education Authorities).
- Experience teaching Ethics, Civics, PHSE, maatschappijleer, levensbeschouwing or a similar subject area, to students aged 11-18, ideally in international or intercultural settings.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level (CEFR).
- Proficiency in French, Dutch or German at C2 level is desirable, but not essential.
- A creative, inclusive approach to teaching and a willingness to contribute to extra-curricular activities.

- We offer a salary aligned with the Dutch Collective Labour Agreement (CAO VO). The salary is a minimum of 3622€ and a maximum of 5520€ for a full-time contract on the LB scale, the step offered will depend on your level of experience.
