Strong communication skills in English and the ability to coordinate across disciplines and with external stakeholders
Willingness to work in an offshore wind environment and to travel as required for meetings, site visits and offshore campaigns
Advantageous, but not essential
Experience with offshore wind farm operations, array cable systems and cable repair readiness
Experience in coordinating or supporting audits, management reviews and site visits related to OT or cyber security
Previous involvement in OT security communities, working groups or cross‑site experience exchange
