WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Program Manager (Implementation Lead), you will take a leading role in the delivery of complex single and/or multi-company programs and projects in the energy sector. You will operate independently in multi-client environments where you can reach the objectives with the proper balance between business diplomacy and perseverance.
You will work in settings where digitalisation, cybersecurity and architectural coherence are critical, but also limiting in terms of technical solutions. You should consider these challenges as an opportunity to be innovative.
You will make direct impact on project outcomes, while contributing to longer‑term strategic goals of our clients.
In this role, you will:
A proactive diplomatic leader, who consistently goes the extra mile and aims to exceed client expectations, with a broad interest in the European energy transition and the technology that is leading this.
You bring a strong consultancy mindset; structuring complex problems, forming clear perspectives, and guiding clients toward decisions. You combine analytical strength with interpersonal skills and are comfortable engaging stakeholders across both technical and business domains.
You also have experience in IT project or program management, preferably in complex multistakeholder environments and are eager to contribute to tomorrow's energy sector
In addition you have:
Experience working in complex stakeholder environments, including vendors and cross‑functional teams
Proven experience with (project/program) management of IT / IT-OT implementation projects.
Experience in (Enterprise) Architecture, Cybersecurity and/or Procurement (EU Tender) processes
