What will you be doing?
As a Mid-Level Sales Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for finding new clients and maintaining the existing relationships. That’s no small task, since we think of our customers more as business friends or partners. We custom-build servers, hunt down server parts in every corner of the internet, and offer competitive pricing on bulk servers and components. In every aspect, your job is to advise our relations on suitable solutions and guide the entire sales process, from lead to deal.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Finding and following up on sales leads
- Maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships
- Actively approaching potential customers and expanding the customer base
- Advising customers on hardware solutions, such as most suitable parts or server builds
- Preparing and following up on quotes
- Achieving sales targets
- Providing professional and friendly customer service, including answering inquiries by phone
- Recording customer and sales information in CRM and ERP systems
- Collaborating with other departments to provide optimal customer support
What are we looking for?
- MBO+ or HBO level of education and thinking
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in a commercial sales role
- Affinity with hardware, IT products, or technical solutions
- Experience with acquisition, lead follow-up, and relationship management
- Strong communication and commercial skills
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, and proactive attitude
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
- Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
