Waiter / WaitressAbout the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure. You are energetic, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders and process them through our POS systems
- Serve food and drinks according to company standards and food safety regulations
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- Identify upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable dining area
- Process payments accurately
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, catering, or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience is an advantage
- Good command of English; Dutch and/or German is a plus
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A positive attitude and team-player mentality
