THIC is a fast-growing producer of hydrogen water and functional beverages. We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure product quality, and support the continued growth of our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities and production planning
- Lead and supervise production operators
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and company procedures
- Monitor product quality and production efficiency
- Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment
- Manage raw material and packaging inventories
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Maintain accurate production records and reporting
Requirements
- Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Hands-on problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of HACCP and quality systems
- Technical understanding of production equipment and processes
- Fluent in Dutch and English
