Air Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Maastricht.

Key responsibilities:
- Processing orders for export air freight shipments, including preparing all necessary shipping documents for our charter flights
- Verifying shipment data, cargo acceptance and warehouse processes at the airport
- Confirming export declaration details and forwarding them to customs
- Acting as the point of contact for customers in day-to-day business regarding dispatch queries
- Ensuring compliance with air freight security regulations
- Monitoring and supporting aircraft handling
- Notifying our colleagues abroad of shipments via AWB
- Processing returns and import shipments
Your profile:
- Professional experience in the handling of air freight shipments and charter flights
- Completed commercial training; training in freight forwarding/logistics is desirable
- Additional qualification in customs or professional experience in customs clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and transport management systems
- Structured and independent working style, including when working from home
- Assertiveness, team spirit and enthusiasm
- Very good written and spoken English
- High level of commitment, dedication and resilience
