Global HR Operations Intern
Role Purpose
As a Global HR Operations Intern, you will support the Human Resources team in delivering efficient HR operations while enhancing employee development, engagement, and organizational capability.
The role provides exposure to core talent management and HR operations processes and contributes to creating a positive employee experience and achieving organizational scorecard targets.
In addition to operational support, the internship offers development opportunities in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and digital innovation, including the application of AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Support day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle
Maintain HR records and documentation in line with internal policies and data privacy requirements
Assist with data entry, employee file management, and HR documentation processes
Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR “How-To” guides
Support preparation of employee-related materials, HR communications and communication channels (e.g., Viva Engage)
Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
HR Systems & Digital Tools
Support administration and maintenance of HR systems (e.g., HR Connect)
Assist with system data validation, updates, and user support
Identify opportunities for automation and digital solutions
Explore and apply AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance HR service delivery and productivity
HR Data & Reporting
Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards
Assist HR analytics related to attrition, training participation, and employee development metrics
Support data analysis and presentation to enable decision-making
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting processes
Learning, Development & Employee Engagement
Support coordination of learning and development initiatives
Assist in creating training materials, presentations, and employee resources
Support scheduling, communication, attendance tracking, and feedback collection
Assist in coordination of mentoring and development programs
HR Projects
Provide project coordination and support for global HR initiatives
Track project milestones, actions, and deliverables

Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (in progress or recently completed)
Skills
Fluent in English
Strong interest in HR and people-related processes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working with data, reporting, and Microsoft Office
Interest in digital innovation, AI tools, and process improvement
Strong communication skills
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Preferred
Familiarity with HR systems or HR technology platforms
Experience with AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT)
Interest in learning, development, and organizational capability building
