As a Senior Business Consultant, you play a central role in translating credit policies and business objectives into a scalable, automated policy engine. You operate at the intersection of policy, business, data and technology, ensuring that policy checks are implemented correctly, transparently and consistently across credit processes and systems.
You work closely with stakeholders from Credits, Risk, Product Management and IT, and contribute to both delivery and longer‑term capability development in an agile environment.
Your responsibilities include:

Translating credit policies and business objectives into clear functional requirements for the Credits Policy Engine

Acting as a bridge between policy, business, data and technology

Defining and prioritising automated policy checks within credit origination

Working with Risk, Credits and IT to ensure policy checks are correctly embedded in systems and processes

Contributing to the roadmap for future capabilities such as Monitoring, Policy Adherence and Scorecard‑as‑a‑Service

Supporting refinement, testing and validation of policy logic together with stakeholders

Actively contributing to a scalable, flexible and future‑proof solution
