What we’re looking for:
– Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with Italian or Mediterranean cuisine
– Confident in preparing a variety of dishes, from starters and desserts to daily staff meals
– Strong leadership skills to inspire and coordinate a focused, close-knit kitchen team
– High standards for food quality, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency
– Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)
– Availability to work 4 days per week.
