Netherlands, Oud Gastel - Fulltime [40h/week]
Join our team at Terex/Genie and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative, Parts (CSR, Parts) to contribute to the Customer Service Parts team.

As a CSR, Parts at Terex/Genie, based in our Oud Gastel European Distribution Center, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by carrying out day to day requirements of a busy, multilingual and international CS Department in the mechanical equipment industry.
What you’ll do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, CRM and other communication channels
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding parts availability, pricing and order status
- Process parts orders and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a proactive manner
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Sales, Materials, Logistics and Technical Support, to address customer needs effectively
- Creating Commercial Invoice documentation based on provided information in an accurate and precise way
What you’ll bring
- MBO (+) educational level
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Additional language skills (French, Spanish) are advantageous
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction while adhering to company guideline and policies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
