As an Asset Manager at TMC, you work on the management and maintenance of civil assets such as bridges, roads, sewage systems, quay walls, and public spaces. You map out the technical condition, risks, performance, and costs of assets and translate these into strategic and tactical management. You analyze inspection data, develop multi-year maintenance plans, conduct risk analyses, and provide advice on maintenance measures, replacement investments, and sustainability. You work on projects for municipalities, provinces, or network operators—often in collaboration with managers, inspectors, engineers, and policy advisors.
