As Maintenance Coordinator at Picnic's automated site in Utrecht, you ensure maximum system availability through smart, data-driven maintenance. You coordinate maintenance activities, drive continuous improvements, and contribute to the development and implementation of the site's maintenance strategy.
By analysing performance data, forecasting maintenance needs, and identifying failure trends at an early stage, you help prevent downtime before it impacts operations. Working closely with engineers, analysts, and site leadership, you turn insights into actions that improve reliability, efficiency, and performance.
WHAT YOU’LL BE HANDLING
- You lead as the CMMS key user for the resident site and train the responsible Lifetime Services team on the use of the tool

You coordinate all planned, unplanned, and statutory maintenance activities

You liaise with clients on plant availability and maintenance planning requirements

You manage the work backlog to ensure it remains achievable and aligned with operational priorities

You update planned maintenance work and schedules in line with feedback, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintenance effort expended

You uphold the integrity of maintenance procedures and systems for recording, controlling, and providing feedback on performance, quality reports, and asset lifecycle plans

You work closely with on-site technical specialists to ensure asset care standardisation and best practice implementation

You ensure all asset documentation remains accurate, up to date, and compliant with operational requirements

You ensure spare holdings are effectively controlled, maintaining stock accuracy and appropriate min/max levels at all times, including during peak maintenance periods
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- You are mechanically qualified to EQF Level 3

You have experience using a computerised maintenance management tool at an expert level

You demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels

You possess strong office and administration tool skills

You demonstrate a minimum of basic proficiency in the English language, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken form

You hold a VCA qualification or equivalent health and safety certification

You have worked in a similar industry

You have demonstrated the ability to lead and develop an asset care maintenance plan
-
You are skilled in the delivery of continuous improvement processes within the workplace
