Bachelor's or Master's level working and thinking ability
-
At least 2 years of experience in Growth Hacking, Performance Marketing, Search Automations, Recruitment Marketing, or a similar growth-focused role
-
Strong analytical skills and experience working with funnels, data, experimentation, and conversion optimization

Hands-on experience with automation tools, CRM systems and ATS systems, AI tooling, dashboards, and integrations

An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for testing, learning, and scaling what works
