Your role with us

You play a key role in improving processes, automating manual tasks, and safeguarding data quality and operational efficiency.
What you will do
- Manage and optimize our operational infrastructure and data platforms
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
- Identify and resolve incidents, outages, and performance issues
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automation into the development cycle
- Develop internal scripts and tools to reduce manual workloads
- Maintain code quality, version control, and deployment standards
- Monitor and enhance system performance and security
- Coordinate changes and improvements in collaboration with Engineering and Data team
What we are looking for
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps or automation-focused role
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience developing internal tools or scripts
- Familiar with CI/CD processes, version control systems (Git, SVN), and scripting (Unix Shell, PowerShell)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver sustainable solutions
- Experience in a data-driven or cloud environment (e.g., AWS or Azure) is a plus
- Self-starter, pragmatic, and communicative — you bring ideas and make them happen
- Based in the Netherlands and fluent in English (written and spoken)
