Who are we?
At VIPS PMS, we build smart, user-friendly software for hotels, and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative to help us reach even more hoteliers in the United Kingdom. You’ll be the first point of contact for many future clients: you’ll qualify leads, give demos and guide hoteliers through the entire sales process.
What will you be doing?
- Qualifying leads: You are our pipeline builder. You spot new opportunities for the Sales team, open doors and ensure our diaries are full.
- Guiding the sales process: From initial contact to signing the contract – you’ll be in charge of the entire sales process.
- Creating and delivering sales presentations: You tailor your pitch to the unique needs of each hotelier and make a compelling impression.
- Delivering demos: You demonstrate how VIPS CloudPMS works and why it is the ideal solution for their hotel.
- Representing the brand: You confidently communicate our strengths, keep a clear record of your activities in our CRM (Zoho), and attend events to connect with partners and prospects.
- Understanding the industry: You stay up to date with hospitality trends and competitors to enrich conversations and strengthen our strategy;
- Collaborating and innovating: You actively contribute ideas alongside our Director of Sales and the team to improve processes, test new approaches and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Developing proposals: You translate needs into clear, compelling proposals that deliver results.
- Closing deals: You effortlessly turn conversations into long-term customer relationships.

- Competitive salary: ranging from €3,500 to €5,000 (depending on targets and work experience) plus a highly attractive performance-based bonus scheme (up to 20% of gross monthly salary).

What do we get from you?
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in the hotel tech industry;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset;
- Empathy and persuasiveness, with a talent for building relationships;
- You live in the United Kingdom and are authorized to work;
- You take the initiative and enjoy working proactively;
- Technically savvy and enthusiastic about innovative solutions.
Bonus points if you also:
- Have experience with SaaS hotel technology;
- Have a background in hospitality or a strong passion for the industry.
