As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be the main point of contact for both guests and team members. You will ensure that service runs smoothly and that every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience. With your enthusiasm, leadership, and positive attitude, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in the restaurant every day.
In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager with onboarding, coaching, and motivating the team. You will assist with daily operations, help maintain the highest standards of service and quality, and ensure that all restaurant procedures and standards are consistently followed. You will also contribute ideas to support the restaurant’s continued growth and success.
