WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

You are the first point of contact for guests, assisting with check-ins, check-outs and questions.

You share recommendations and offer to make reservations.

You take calls and handle room reservation requests.

You help guests with luggage and ensure a warm farewell.

You support the breakfast service and assist in the lobby when needed.

WHO ARE YOU

You always put the guest first.

You are flexible, energetic and calm in any situation.

You have experience as a receptionist; F&B experience is a plus.

You work well independently and in a team.

You are proactive, responsible and a real go-getter.

Experience with reservation systems and first aid is an advantage.

You speak fluent Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.

At least two years of hospitality experience.

You can easily travel to work at all times.
