YOUR ROLE
For our Benelux team, we are looking for an ambitious and energetic key account manager. You will be translating customer and market needs into a local sales strategy.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver growth in profit, volume, sales and distribution in line with the national targets by implementing the right marketing and sales strategies for the assigned customers

Meet distribution targets on the brands portfolio.

Maintain customer relationships and develop new customer contacts at a key account level.

Conduct analysis of the customer (needs), retail and competition to develop future business opportunities to be considered in the annual account planning.

Develop an annual account plan for each relevant customer in assigned portfolio to meet the growth of margin, turnover, category, company targets on distribution, fair shares and profitability goals.

Implement account plan to deliver targets through the most efficient use of company resources.

Present status, future plans like product introductions and national and account specific activities to the assigned accounts in regular meetings.

Monitor account performance vs targets.

Recommend corrective actions in case of performance deviations.

Provide timely input for logistical planning and forecasting.

Lead the implementation of account specific activities and promotions.

Participate pro-actively in Task Forces.
YOUR PROFILE

HBO work and thinking level

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management in branded goods company

Communication, negotiation and persuasive skills

Results oriented

Team player
-
Fluent in English and Dutch
