The mandate of this position is to increase sales through smart and proactive customer service, opportunity spotting, and professional service delivery. This role is best paired to applicants who enjoy customer service. We operate an e-commerce website, and therefore the job is not a customer facing role, all communication is digital or by telephone.

Our customers purchase from across the world, the EU team are focused for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa customers.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills in both French and English, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for fostering strong relationships. Previous experience in customer relations or a related field is highly desirable. The employee should be able to perform all these duties in both English and French. Candidates who speak a third language will be contacted with highest priority.

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our valued customers in the French-speaking regions receive the highest level of service and support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain positive, long-term relationships with our customers in France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication through email, phone calls, and other channels.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the customer journey.
- Feedback Handling: Gather and relay customer feedback to the relevant teams within our organization, helping us continuously improve our products and services.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments in the French-speaking regions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with our international team to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.

Experience/Skills Required:
- Fluent in English and French (German, Italian, Dutch, or other language an asset)
- A minimum of one year of customer service.

Required Skills/ Competencies/ Attributes:
Excellent written and communication skills, achievement motivated, and sales driven. Microsoft Office, TEAMs messenger, Presta, and general computer skills are required.
