As an Account Base Sales Enablement Executive, you support our hotel chain, consisting of 28 hotels in the Benelux and more than 300 worldwide. You are an essential force within the Sales Enablement Team and contribute directly to the success of our energetic sales team. Your responsibilities range from organisational and administrative support to managing and optimising our systems.
You contribute to strategic projects that are important for the entire Fattal and Leonardo organisation, all with the aim of strengthening company‑wide goals and initiatives. You ensure that our sales processes run smoothly and play a key role in increasing customer satisfaction and commercial results. In addition, you fulfil an essential role in digital and telephone acquisition and support our account management for corporate clients.
YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES
Supporting the annual contract process for our customer segments, including Corporate, Leisure and Meetings & Events.
Working with the team on marketing and communication activities that engage our clients.
Creating and maintaining reports and performance dashboards to measure our commercial success.
Creating templates, maintaining user guides and keeping the team informed of the latest updates.
Ensuring data integrity in systems such as CRM, CMS and PMS.
Managing multiple mailboxes (Enablement, Sales, RFP) and ensuring follow‑up of all incoming actions.
Conducting quantitative and qualitative research to provide valuable insights that support decision‑making and optimisation of sales strategies.
You will work closely with
Sales Director, colleagues from the sales team, General Managers and departments such as Revenue, Marketing and Finance and suppliers, with whom you maintain and strengthen relationships.
