Are you ready to give your career a boost? At Hawaiian | Poke Bowl, we're looking for a enthusiastic shiftleader! At the end of beginning of October, we're opening the doors of our brand-new Hawaiian Poke Bowl location in Almere, and we're building our team from the ground up.
Whether you already have experience as a shiftleader or you'd like to grow into a leadership role, we'll provide the right support and training to help you succeed.
We're looking for someone who can start ASAP, so we can begin training on time. Please note: training will take place outside Almere, so flexibility to travel during the first few weeks is a must.
What will you do?
Lead a team of student employees and ensure a positive, efficient workflow
Monitor quality and make sure every bowl is perfect
Help customers with their orders and provide top-level service
Manage opening and closing shifts and keep everything running smoothly
Get familiar with KPIs and learn how they help run the restaurant optimally
