As Supply Chain Manager, you are responsible for both the tactical execution and strategic development of the supply chain. You lead Tactical Planning, balance demand and capacity, and act as a key link between Business Lines and Operations. By translating business growth ambitions, customer demand, and product roadmaps into scalable operational plans, you ensure delivery reliability, flexibility, and long-term supply chain performance in a dynamic high-tech environment.
Key responsibilities:
Driving the strategic development of the supply chain in line with business growth objectives
Acting as the key interface between Business Lines and Operations, translating commercial demand into operational execution
Aligning capacity, inventory and supply chain strategies with business line roadmaps and growth plans
Leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations
Leading and developing the Tactical Planning team
Balancing demand and supply while ensuring effective capacity and resource planning across the value chain
Driving effective collaboration with the S&OP process to ensure alignment between operational planning and business objectives
Ensuring close coordination with Sourcing and Procurement to secure material availability and supply continuity
Managing cross-functional stakeholders and leading escalations to timely resolution
Owning delivery performance and supply chain KPIs, including OTD, service levels, inventory performance, forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
