As a Housekeeping Manager, you are responsible for the daily housekeeping operation within a luxury hotel environment. You know how to motivate teams, maintain high quality standards and keep overview during busy operational days.
You will work independently and take responsibility for planning, quality, team performance and budget management.
The position is focused on high-end hospitality locations such as Kimpton De Witt Amsterdam and Hotel Okura Amsterdam.
What will you do?

Managing and coaching the housekeeping team

Monitoring quality and productivity

Budget responsibility and operational control

Creating schedules and managing staffing levels

Ensuring hotel standards and guest satisfaction

Working closely with hotel management and supervisors

Solving operational challenges independently
Working hours

38 hours per week

Flexible start times between 07:00 and 10:00

Occasional weekend availability required (approximately once per month)

Experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a 5-star or luxury hotel environment

Able to work independently and take ownership

Experience with budget responsibility

Strong leadership and communication skills

Flexible and operationally strong mindset

Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)

Available for occasional weekend shifts (approximately once per month)
