As a Design Leader Energy, you play a central role in the design of multidisciplinary energy projects within design and construct contracts. Together with draftsmen, designers, and engineers, you work on safe, feasible, and high-quality designs for, among others:

cable and pipeline routes for medium and high voltage;

hydrogen, heat, and gas infrastructure;

heat networks and underground energy facilities.
You manage the design process from A to Z and collaborate closely with internal specialists, client organizations, and execution teams. You will deal with diverse clients and project scopes, ranging from regional connections to large-scale, nationwide grid reinforcements.
What will you do?

Act as the point of contact for the client during both the design and implementation phases.

Lead and coach designers and engineers within your project team.

Draft and monitor the design strategy in accordance with, among others, the GOTIK methodology.

Ensure that designs are technically accurate, executable, and comply with requirements and safety guidelines.

Coordinate interfaces, requirements management, risks, planning, and costs.

Identify safety risks and minimize them through smart design choices.
-
Identify opportunities to improve or automate processes (e.g., parametric design).
Depending on the project, you work from Rosmalen, other Dutch offices, project locations, or partly from home.
