You will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide administrative support to our sales team.

You respond effectively to customer inquiries by proposing suitable products.

You guide our customers throughout the entire process: from needs assessment to preparing quotes and coordinating delivery times and other details.

You will proactively follow up on your tasks and the associated administration.

You enjoy working with a team to start up projects and ensure clear communication and planning.

Additionally, you assist our Account Managers with the preparation of quotes and ensure customers receive all necessary information on time.

You are detail-oriented, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

You are tech-savvy and have strong administrative skills.

Ideally, you have completed a technical education and have an interest in technology or lighting.

You are fluent in both German, English and preferably Dutch, written and spoken.

A permanent full-time position (part-time negotiable);
