We are looking for a performance-driven Technician Assembly to join our production team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will actively build complex mechanical and electromechanical modules and systems, from small, high-precision modules to complete cabinets, by assembling components, operating production tools, performing measurements, and carrying out tests and inspections in a high-tech production environment.
Assembly: Build mechanical and electromechanical modules and system components by preparing materials, assembling components and processing production orders according to work instructions.
Operate assembly tools and equipment to build products safely, accurately and efficiently.
Assembly and handling: Perform hands-on assembly, component placement, cable routing and manual production tasks with strong attention to detail.
Process discipline: Follow work instructions, technical drawings, production standards and safety procedures to ensure reliable and repeatable manufacturing.
Product testing: Perform test procedures (safety, leakage, functional and advanced tests) to validate product functionality and report deviations clearly to the responsible support team.
Inspection: Conduct visual and quality inspections to verify workmanship, component placement and overall product quality.
Quality control: Register inspection results, identify non-conformities and contribute to maintaining high assembly quality standards.
Escalation: Escalate technical, quality or process deviations to the designated engineers or the responsible Team Lead.
