As a Technical Project Manager at CBRE GWS, you willwork on-site for our client AkzoNobel in Sassenheim . It is a versatile,dynamic role where you, as an all-round project manager, manage variousstakeholders and are the lead for delivering technical projects.
AkzoNobel is an international company that producesvarious types of paint and coatings for businesses and customers. The site inSassenheim has a production location, research and development (laboratory),and office spaces. The CBRE GWS team on-site consists of about 28 people andhandles both hard and soft services and Projects.

What are you going to do?
As a Technical Project Manager, you are the lead fordelivering technical projects, and you carry these out independently. Youoversee and lead the projects and report to the Project / Technical Lead. Youmanage the execution and delivery of projects, collaborating with variousinternal and external stakeholders and executing parties (for example, CBREmechanics or suppliers). You are successful in this when you maintain controland progress, guarantee safety during execution, and deliver projects tosatisfaction.
The various investment projects that you are assignedare managed from request to delivery. In this function, you handle the request,determine the scope, keep the lead on the executing work, monitor the deliverypoints, and take care of the project administration. The projects we carry outare mostly technical in nature, where you can think of projects in the field ofHVAC, laboratory equipment, roofing, electricity, security, etc. You areresponsible for the entire project scope, and it is important that you havegood communication skills so that you can switch quickly and approachstakeholders in the right way.
At the operational level, you are the central point ofcontact for our client and report on progress, bottlenecks, and deliveredprojects. This versatile role in which you are central to the CBRE GWS team andthe AkzoNobel organisation.

Ideally, you also bring the following:
- Youhave a diploma in a technical direction and have a broad technical background
- Youhave experience in guiding projects in both the preparation and execution phase(renovation, modification)
- Itis a plus if you have experience in stakeholder management
- Youhave VCA VOL (Or willing to get it), in addition, HSE is a plus
- Youwork 5 days on location in Sassenheim
- Goodcommand of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing
