Interior Architect / Project Leader – Join Our Creative Studio in Amsterdam

We are a small, design-driven team based in Amsterdam, specializing in the design, project management, and installation of high-end bespoke furniture, kitchens, and interior solutions. Our work ranges from beautifully detailed wardrobes to complete architectural interior projects. Every project is unique, and every detail matters.
We're looking for a Project Leader / Interior Architect who enjoys combining design with precise project management. You'll be the link between clients, designers, suppliers, and installers, ensuring that every project is delivered to the highest standard.
What you'll do
- Manage projects from concept through installation.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, suppliers, and installers.
- Translate design concepts into technically sound and buildable solutions.
- Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Plan timelines, monitor budgets, and ensure projects stay on track.
- Visit sites, solve challenges proactively, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Help create interiors where craftsmanship and quality come first.
Who you are
- An experienced project leader, interior architect, or interior designer with strong technical understanding.
- Comfortable managing both complex architectural interior projects and smaller bespoke furniture commissions.
- Highly organized and meticulous—you enjoy getting the details right.
- A confident communicator who can work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus, but not essential).
- Experienced with design software such as AutoCAD or Vectorworks (or similar CAD software).
