The Senior IT Asset Administrator / IMAC Support is responsible for the IT Configuration Management database (CMDB) content and supports in other IT related administrative processes. The Senior IT Asset Administrator / IMAC Support is responsible for the IT storage inventory, reports, and documentation. The Senior IT Asset Administrator / IMAC Support is responsible for the onboarding, offboarding and move process of (new) team members, in relation to the needed hardware and (on-site) technical support.
Key responsibilities

Responsible for lifecycle asset administration
-
Responsible for the administration of the IT Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

Ensure audit support and compliance
-
Responsible for the administration of database records of IT-related vendor portals, such as telecom vendors
-
Storage room custodian, responsible for the correct storage and organization of IT inventory
-
Provide hands-on assistance and guidance to end-users, effectively assisting in resolving their issues
-
Responsible to provide proactive IT training (when needed) and supply training documentation

Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in processes, procedures and/or systems within department
Functie-eisen:
- Relevant IT technical training or certifications (ITIL preferred)

A minimum of 2-year prior experience in a similar position
-
Proven knowledge of maintaining IT Asset Management

Work experience in an international environment
-
Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow preferred)
-
Knowledge of Excel pivot tables, filters and can work with CSV files
