For our Haarlem based headquarters we’re looking for an HR Advisor. At MYLAPS Sports Technology Group, (a Garmin company) we service 250 associates across 10 different countries. We see each day as an opportunity to perform better than yesterday.
As our HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting both employees and teamleads across the organization. You'll provide practical HR advice, help develop our people, and contribute to creating a positive, high-performing workplace.
At the same time, we are expanding our group responsibilities, which includes further rollout of HRIS workflows and procedures.
This is a dynamic role within a fast-paced environment with national and international stakeholders. This makes it very exciting and challenging, as you must be a star in time- and priority management.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development and offboarding
- Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent
- Support performance management, learning and career development initiatives
- Contribute to HR projects such as revised performance management cycle and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and maintain accurate HR administration and reports
What You Bring
You are a people-focused HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You communicate confidently, build strong relationships, and are eager to make a real impact.
You'll also bring
- Several years of experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- A proactive mindset with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Experience with HRM system HiBob is a plus
- Sound experience with Excel is mandatory
- Fluent in Dutch and English both written and verbally
- You live in the Netherlands and able to commute to our Haarlem office
