Job Description:
About the Team:
Eco-Movement, part of Dow Jones, is a leading global platform for EV charge point location and pricing data. Customers of the platform include navigation providers, charge point operators, eMSPs, and the public sector. As an independent platform with more than 1.5 million connectors in over 80 countries, Eco-Movement is in a unique position to support the electrification of the passenger and heavy-duty vehicle segments.
About the Role:
As a key member of our operations team, you will independently oversee all incoming requests for new API connections, migrations, and technical issues. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Business Operations. This role requires you to initially take a hands-on approach to execute the OCPI connection workflow, and then take full ownership of automating and optimizing these processes. You will act as the primary operational contact for CPO technical teams, ultimately responsible for designing robust, fast workflows to manage the connections of approximately 3,000 clients. The role has ample growth opportunities for a tech-savvy starter with build and management ambitions.
You Will:
Execute the end-to-end OCPI connection workflow and onboarding lifecycle, configuring partner entities, coordinating gate reviews, and acting as the primary operational contact to ensure timely issue resolution.
Drive the automation and optimization of the connection process for over 3,000 clients, leveraging AI, workflow mapping, and process design to build highly scalable and robust integrations.
Maintain rigorous data quality assurance and process management, performing cross-validation on data, ensuring full audit traceability in Jira, and maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2015, TISAX, and SPICE frameworks.
You Have:
High degree of self-starting and self-organising capabilities, an analytical approach, whilst being able to deliver against deadline.
Keen interest in AI and a solid understanding of AI tools
Demonstrated experience with workflow automation (this can include professional, academic, or personal/private projects).
(Under)graduate degree in a related technical or analytical field, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of API integrations, data exchange protocols, and systematic data quality management (validating, profiling, and troubleshooting).
Technical capability working with tools such as Jira, Freshdesk, Postman, and data platforms.
Experience in the EV charging/e-mobility industry or knowledge of TISAX/SPICE compliance frameworks is a nice-to-have.
