Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Religious Organization Coordinator to oversee daily operations, manage community programs, and ensure smooth coordination between members, leaders, and external partners. This role requires strong organizational skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to support initiatives that promote spiritual and community development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate organizational activities, including worship services, events, and community programs.
- Liaise with members, leaders, and external partners to ensure effective communication.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and schedules for organizational initiatives.
- Support event planning, outreach campaigns, and volunteer coordination.
- Manage membership records, communications, and program logistics.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch regulations governing religious and non-profit organizations.
- Assist in fundraising, partnership development, and resource allocation.
- Recommend improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and community impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Non-Profit Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in coordination, community service, or organizational management roles.
- Strong knowledge of religious organization operations and community engagement practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational management tools.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, mission-driven environments.
- Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency is an advantage.
