Are you ready to take charge of one of the largest housekeeping teams in Amsterdam? We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Housekeeping Manager to run the day-to-day operations in our vibrant 5-star hotel with over 250 rooms.
This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to lead a large, diverse team, keep things running like clockwork, and make sure every guest experiences the highest level of cleanliness and comfort.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee and coordinate the daily work of our large housekeeping team

Ensure rooms and public areas meet 5-star cleanliness standards

Train, coach, and motivate team members

Work closely with other departments like front office and maintenance
Work Schedule:

Jump in when needed — especially during busy times or weekends

Start your day between 08:00–09:00 and stay until the job is done — we don’t clock-watch, we deliver results

Experienced in housekeeping management, ideally in a large hotel

A natural leader who keeps calm under pressure and leads by example

Flexible — working two weekends a month is no problem, and you’re not in a rush to leave if things need finishing

Communicate clearly and confidently in English (Dutch is a big plus)

Got an eye for detail and a high standard for cleanliness
