As an experienced compliance specialist, you work on a wide range of tax matters for both national and international clients, with a focus on corporate income tax compliance. You prepare and review (complex) corporate income tax returns and handle related compliance activities, such as review of tax accruals (tax accounting), drafting tax return memorandums, review country-by-country reporting, (assist with) preparation of local files and (review of) master files. You will report directly to the Partner Tax Reporting.
- Independently prepare and draft (complex) corporate tax returns;

Prepare comment letters to the corporate income tax return;

Review tax positions and prepare tax accruals based on IFRS (tax accounting);

Review corporate tax returns prepared by junior team members;

Proactively identifying opportunities for tax advisory;

Act as the first point of contact for clients for all tax compliance related matters;

Contribute proactively to the development of our services, including AI-driven solutions;

Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to businesses.

Maintain relationships with KC Accounting and KC Audit (KC Alliance).
We are looking for an experienced colleague who has mastered the field of Dutch tax compliance and tax reporting. You have a commercial mindset and strong communication skills. You take initiative, are solution-oriented, and enjoy working independently. As a seasoned tax compliance specialist, you have experience in preparing complex corporate income tax returns and are fully proficient in all aspects of the tax compliance process. You are also open to sharing your technical knowledge with less experienced colleagues and enjoy contributing socially to the team you’ll be working with.
You have a bachelor’s (HBO) or master’s (WO) degree in taxation and a minimum of 8 years of experience in tax compliance and tax reporting in an international working environment (in advisory or in-house), with a deep understanding of Dutch corporate income tax regulations. You have strong numerical and analytical skills, particularly in fiscal reconciliations and tax accounting and take a proactive and entrepreneurial approach. You have a solid working knowledge of Excel and are fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and in writing, you have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
