We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Packaging Operator who is eager to grow into a Team Leader role.

Your Responsibilities
- Pack and label premium food products according to quality standards.
- Prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Support production and warehouse activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are followed.
- Assist with stock handling and inventory control.
- Work closely with production, warehouse, and the back office.
Your Profile
- Motivated to learn and develop into a leadership position.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage).
- Hands-on, reliable, and well-organized.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
- Experience in food production or packaging is an advantage, but not essential.
