We’re Looking For
Things are getting busy at Heim, and we’re looking for energetic, friendly, and service-minded Waiters/Waitresses and Bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to keep both the service and the atmosphere at their best.
Your most important quality is your ability to make guests feel welcome and comfortable—even when the restaurant is full and the pace is high.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Welcome guests and take food and drink orders.
- Prepare and serve beverages (bartenders).
- Handle payments and cash transactions.
- Upsell menu items and beverages.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Who You Are
- Friendly, positive, and outgoing.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy environment.
- Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waiter, bartender, or runner is an advantage, but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Minimum age of 20 years.
- Able to communicate in English and/or Norwegian.
