F&B Staff
Job summary The F&B Staff member is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by preparing and serving beverages in a dynamic, fast-paced casino environment. This role ensures the bar area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked while complying with all alcohol service laws and company policies. With a friendly and professional attitude, the F&B Staff member helps create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.
Key responsibilities
Guest service
o
Greet guests promptly and courteously, taking beverage orders accurately.
o
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
o
Provide fast, attentive, and professional service to casino patrons.
o
Anticipate guest needs and make appropriate recommendations.
o
Handle guest requests or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Bar operations
o
Set up, stock, and maintain bar stations with supplies, garnishes, and glassware.
o
Ensure accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
o
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines.
o
Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and restocking supplies.
o
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, equipment, and storage areas.
Compliance & safety
o
Follow all company policies, health and safety regulations, and alcohol service laws.
o
Verify guest identification and legal drinking age before serving alcohol.
o
Maintain proper sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
o
Report suspicious activities or guest incidents to security or management.
Qualifications
o
Previous experience as a bartender, bar server, or hospitality staff (casino experience is a plus)
o
Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits
o
Strong customer service and communication skills
o
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
o
Professional appearance and positive attitude
o
Must meet the minimum legal age requirement to serve alcohol
o
Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., alcohol service certification and gaming license, if applicable)

Physical requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
o
Must be able to lift and carry up to 12 kg (kegs, cases, supplies)

Manual dexterity to operate bar equipment

Fast-paced casino and bar setting with exposure to noise, smoke, and bright lights

Requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
