Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable, and hands-on Business Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations, material workflows, and production scheduling for our key account.
In the initial phase of this role, you will be based at our primary hub in the Netherlands, immersing yourself in our operational processes, CWMS systems, EHS standards, and team dynamics. As our core client projects expand in the future, this position involves relocating to another European country long-term to establish and lead local operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations & Material Control
System & Physical Alignment: Operate workplace systems and CWMS to ensure system material status strictly aligns with physical inventory.
Stock Management & Consumables: Execute regular stock counts and manage/report warehouse consumables to maintain optimal inventory control.
Logistics & Outbound: Coordinate logistics, assign and prepare tasks for re-work and outbound processes, prepare outbound documentation, and maintain records.
2. Production Scheduling & Data Analysis
Activity & Client Coordination: Plan, assign, and track production activities based on operational priorities and client requirements. Prepare for and participate in weekly client sync meetings, providing updates on production progress, operational issues, priorities, and action items. Coordinate internally to ensure timely follow-up and execution.
Data & Efficiency Optimization: Collect and analyze weekly/monthly production data. Dynamically adjust product and manpower plans to improve production efficiency and report progress to management.
3. Site Safety, Training & Issue Resolution
EHS Compliance: Support the implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations in the warehouse. Conduct routine inspections to ensure a safe, organized, and compliant working environment.
Staff Training: Assist in arranging and conducting SOP and system operational training sessions for warehouse staff.
Operational Issue Resolution & Client Support: Provide timely feedback and updates on abnormal cases to internal teams and clients, coordinate with the client's repair centers and third-party partners, and support the investigation and resolution of operational issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
Operational Background: 1 to 2 years experience in warehouse operations, production scheduling, or logistics coordination. Familiarity with CWMS/WMS tools is preferred.
European Mobility: Willingness and capability to relocate to another European country long-term as client project requirements evolve.
Work Authorization: Valid work authorization for the Netherlands/EU is preferred. Visa sponsorship in the Netherlands is available for qualified candidates, or eligible for internal EU transfer.
Core Competencies:

Strong problem-solving ability with a hands-on, results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Mandarin or other European languages is a plus.
