As Recruitment partner for our G&A and Operations, you are responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment process for finance, HR, Legal, Supply Chain, manufacturing, planning, etc. You work in a high‑pace, high‑growth environment where priorities can differ per department, and where speed, quality, and stakeholder alignment are key.
You translate hiring needs into concrete recruitment actions, build and maintain a strong pipeline, and ensure excellent candidate and hiring manager experience — from intake to contract signing and onboarding in Workday.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment cycle for all your responsible departments.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with the right hiring managers
Manage stakeholder expectations across the multiple departments
Drive offers, contracts, and hiring administration in Workday
Proactively build talent pipelines using direct sourcing and external recruitment partners
Continuously improve the recruitment approach and come up with new sourcing ideas
Ensure high satisfaction among candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
