We are looking for an energetic, responsible and hands-on Assistant manager to join our small and dynamic team full-time.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative naturally, and wants to grow into a leadership role within hospitality. You do not need years of management experience, personality, responsibility and communication are more important to us.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting daily hostel operations during busy shifts
- Coordinating and guiding volunteers
- Helping manage reception and guest experience
- Assisting with social media content (TikTok & Instagram)
- Keeping overview and helping solve daily issues
- Supporting the manager in day-to-day operations
- Helping create a welcoming, safe and positive atmosphere
What we’re looking for:
- You are social, proactive and confident
- You communicate easily and can give/receive feedback
- You enjoy responsibility and figuring things out
- You are organized and hands-on
- You enjoy working in an international environment
- You are interested in hospitality, social media or community-based work
- You are available full-time and flexible with shifts
- English is required
