Develop and execute sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability

Provide technical advice on flooring systems and products

Support project delivery in collaboration with Technical Services

Negotiate contracts and maintain pricing/margins

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Ensure accurate reporting and CRM tracking

Experience in the flooring industry (resin technology preferred)

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Solid knowledge of Resin Flooring (essential)

Fluent in Dutch language

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., SFDC)
