We are looking for a motivated and approachable Assistant Manager to help lead our growing team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with both the owner and the wider team, helping maintain smooth communication, positive energy, and strong day-to-day operations throughout the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting team scheduling fairly and efficiently in line with business needs and cao standards
- Leading by example and assisting across all positions whenever needed
- Helping resolve challenges calmly and constructively within the team and during service
- Communicating daily operational updates with the owner and management
- Supporting our social media presence with fresh ideas, initiative, and content creation
- Assisting with hiring and onboarding new team members
- Managing small administrative and financial tasks
- Overseeing inventory and helping ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements
- Fluent English required
- Dutch is preferred but not essential
- SVH certificate required (or willingness to obtain it with our support)
- Flexible availability
