About the Role
As an Advanced Manufacturing Technician - 3D Printing, you'll play a vital role in transforming digital designs into production-ready parts through advanced additive manufacturing processes.
You'll work with industrial 3D printing technologies and post-processing equipment to ensure every product meets the highest quality standards. From inspecting and finishing printed parts to supporting continuous improvement initiatives, you'll contribute directly to delivering exceptional products to customers around the world.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in industrial 3D printing, digital manufacturing, and advanced production processes while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

What You'll Do

Process and finish 3D printed parts using techniques such as polishing, dyeing, media blasting, air blasting, and other post-processing methods.

Inspect and quality-check printed components to ensure they meet customer and production specifications.

Operate advanced manufacturing and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.

Support daily production workflows within our industrial 3D printing operations.

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of production equipment.

Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment.

Collaborate with teammates to identify and implement process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and throughput.

Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time.

Requirements
What We're Looking For

Technical education, vocational training, or hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, engineering, or a related field is a plus.

Interest in advanced manufacturing, additive manufacturing, engineering, or 3D printing technologies.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.

EU work authorization is required.

Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Living within commuting distance of Eindhoven is preferred.
