At Van den Bosch, you will take full responsibility for the warehouse of our Technical Department. This means you won’t just execute tasks — you will orchestrate them. You ensure everything runs smoothly, from inventory management to supporting technicians with the right parts at the right time.
You start your day by checking stock levels: are the quantities correct, do parts need to be ordered, and which deliveries are on their way? You receive goods, inspect them, and make sure everything is stored logically and neatly. You keep the warehouse structured, safe, and efficient. When technicians begin their work, you already have everything prepared. You know exactly what is needed and ensure all parts are ready so they can get to work without delay. In doing so, you directly contribute to the continuity of our operations.
In addition, you are responsible for the complete inventory management and its administration. You work accurately in the system, ensuring everyone can rely on up‑to‑date and correct information. You coordinate with suppliers about orders and deliveries and act as the point of contact for internal colleagues and drivers regarding parts and PPE.
When issues arise — such as delays, incorrect deliveries, or quality concerns — you take immediate action. You think in solutions and ensure processes keep moving. With your sense of ownership and overview, you continuously improve the way of working and contribute to efficiency and sustainability within the warehouse. In short, you run the warehouse as if it were your own business.
