Assessio helps organizations hire better people based on objective data, not gut feeling or CVs. With our SaaS platform, we match talent and roles based on potential, competencies, and behavior.
The result?
Better hires, lower turnover, and fairer opportunities in the labor market. We work with more than 2,000 organizations, including Rabobank, KLM, G-Star, Maandag, and PostNL, and are growing rapidly across Europe.
We're looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join Assessio on a temporary basis for approximately six months to cover a maternity leave. You'll play an important role in shaping and improving the user experience of our platform while collaborating closely with product, design, and development colleagues.
The good news: you won't be starting from scratch. We already have a well-established design system and style guide that provide clear direction and consistency across our platform. Your role will be to further develop and apply these foundations while continuously improving the user experience.
You will be part of our Product Team, working closely with frontend and backend developers as well as another UI/UX Designer. You'll also collaborate with UI/UX Designers working on other Assessio products. We work in agile sprints, where the team jointly decides what to build and improve.
User feedback and research are at the heart of our product development process. By combining insights from users, customers, and stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. You'll work closely with developers to design and refine solutions, ensuring consistency across the platform and alignment with accessibility standards.
