As our Appetizers category continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Commercial Planner Appetizers to join our international Appetizer Team.

About the role
Within Farm Frites International, a dedicated team of professionals manages the growing Appetizer Category. This category includes products such as Onion Rings, Cheese Bites, Sweet Potato specialties and other potato-based finger foods.
Our customer base consists primarily of major international foodservice operators and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chains. The products are developed together with, and sourced from, approximately ten production partners located across Europe.
As Commercial Planner Appetizers, you are the central link between demand, supply and customer requirements. You ensure that production volumes are planned and ordered efficiently with our co-packers, while balancing demand forecasts, stock levels and service performance.
Because our customers increasingly require tailored solutions, you will play a key role in coordinating customized products, packaging formats, recipes, production batches and customer-specific requirements.
Your responsibilities
As Commercial Planner Appetizers, you will:

Manage the planning and ordering of finished products with external production partners (co-packers)

Align production requirements with demand forecasts and current inventory levels

Ensure the right products are available, at the right time and in the right quantities

Analyze sales trends, inventory levels and customer demand to create optimal production plans

Monitor supplier performance and production schedules

Work closely with the Transport & Supply Chain Manager to coordinate product availability and logistics

Act as a key contact for co-packers across Europe

Coordinate special production requests for major international customers, including customized packaging, recipes, batch sizes and regulatory requirements

Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding order status, stock availability and potential supply risks

Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement within the supply chain

Report on inventory performance, service levels and planning activities

You will be part of the Appetizer Team and receive day-to-day support from experienced colleagues, particularly the Product Management team.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a planner who combines analytical skills with a commercial mindset and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
You have:

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning or a comparable role within FMCG, food or retail

Experience working with external manufacturers, suppliers or co-packers is an advantage

Strong analytical and planning skills

Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems

Excellent communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving international environment

Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
